When you are ready to add a puppy to your family, please fill out the Puppy Adoption Application below. The information you share with us about you and your family will be used to help us assist you with selecting a puppy.

When you are ready to place a reservation for one of our puppies, please send a $250 deposit, along with a signed copy of the Health and Purchase Agreement. 

The remaining balance of $2250 plus Georgia sales tax is due prior to arriving to take your puppy home.
